Distance from Airport
The UCLA campus is located approximately 15 miles north of the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Driving time from the airport varies depending on the day of the week and time of day you are traveling. During non-rush hour traffic times, plan on about a 40-minute drive between the campus and LAX; during rush hour traffic, plan on an hour or more.
Directions from 405 Freeway
From the South (From Los Angeles International Airport): Exit at the Wilshire Blvd. (East) off-ramp. Stay in the right lane. Head East on Wilshire Blvd. approximately ½ mile. After passing the large white Federal Building on the right and then Veteran Avenue, turn right onto Midvale. Make a quick left at the next intersection, which is Ashton (the street sign may be covered by a tree).
From the North (San Fernando Valley): Exit at the Wilshire Blvd. (East) off-ramp and move to the second lane from the right. After crossing Sepulveda Blvd., move to the right lane and head east on Wilshire Blvd. approximately ½ mile. After passing the large white Federal Building on the right and then Veteran Avenue, turn right onto Midvale. Make a quick left at the next intersection, which is Ashton (the street sign may be covered by a tree).
Wilshire Center Building Access
The Wilshire Center building is an 18-story, octagon-shaped, white high-rise. On Ashton, go to the 2nd driveway and turn left. A UCLA parking booth will be visible. Take a parking ticket and park in a visitor’s space on that first level of the Wilshire Center’s back lot. Bring the ticket to our office for parking validation.
Once parked, take the elevator (look for the glass doors in the parking structure) up one level to “L” for lobby. In the lobby, there will be a bank of 6 elevators. We are located on the 7th floor, Suite 700. There is an intercom on the wall outside our front door. Please push the button to announce yourself.
